Terms & Conditions

IMPORTANT: Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using Shree Ji Finance services. By accessing or using our app, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Definitions

  • "Company", "We", "Us", "Our": Refers to Shree Ji Finance
  • "Borrower", "You", "Your": Refers to the person using our services
  • "App": Refers to the Shree Ji Finance mobile application
  • "Loan": The personal loan provided by us to you
  • "EMI": Equated Monthly Installment
  • "Services": Loan application, processing, and related services

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for our services, you must:

  • Be a citizen or permanent resident of India
  • Be at least 21 years of age and not more than 60 years
  • Have a valid Aadhaar card and PAN card
  • Have a valid bank account in your name
  • Have a regular source of income
  • Not be blacklisted by any financial institution
  • Provide accurate and complete information

3. Loan Application Process

3.1 Application Submission

  • Complete the loan application form in the app
  • Upload required KYC documents (Aadhaar, PAN, bank statement)
  • Submit selfie and video declaration
  • Provide reference contact details

3.2 Verification

We will verify your:

  • Identity documents
  • Income and employment
  • Credit history
  • Bank account details
  • Reference contacts

3.3 Approval Process

  • Application review typically takes 24-48 hours
  • We reserve the right to approve, reject, or request additional information
  • Loan amount and tenure are subject to our credit assessment
  • Approval is not guaranteed

4. Loan Terms

4.1 Interest Rate

  • Interest rate: Starting from 12% per annum (may vary based on credit assessment)
  • Interest calculation: Reducing balance method
  • All rates are subject to change with prior notice

4.2 Loan Amount and Tenure

₹10,000 - ₹10,00,000 3 to 36 months

4.3 Processing Fee

  • Processing fee: Up to 2% of loan amount (deducted from loan amount)
  • GST applicable as per government rates
  • Non-refundable in case of rejection or cancellation

4.4 Other Charges

  • Late Payment Fee: ₹200 per delayed EMI + 2% per month penalty interest
  • Bounce Charges: ₹300 per bounced payment
  • Foreclosure Charges: 3% of outstanding principal (after 3 months)
  • Legal Notice Charges: ₹500 per notice

5. Loan Disbursement

  • Loans are disbursed directly to your registered bank account
  • Disbursement typically within 24-48 hours of approval
  • Processing fee and applicable charges are deducted before disbursement
  • You must verify the amount received and report discrepancies within 48 hours

6. Repayment Terms

6.1 EMI Payment

  • EMIs must be paid on or before the due date
  • First EMI due 30 days after disbursement
  • Payment methods: Online transfer, UPI, NEFT/RTGS
  • Upload payment proof in the app for verification

6.2 Advance Payment

  • You can pay multiple EMIs in advance
  • No prepayment penalty for advance EMI payments
  • Advance payments will be adjusted against future EMIs

6.3 Late Payment

  • Grace period: 3 days after due date
  • Late payment fees applicable after grace period
  • Continued non-payment may result in legal action
  • May negatively impact your credit score

6.4 Foreclosure

  • You can foreclose your loan anytime after 3 months
  • Foreclosure charges: 3% of outstanding principal
  • All pending dues must be cleared
  • Request foreclosure through the app

7. Your Responsibilities

As a borrower, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Keep your contact information updated
  • Make timely EMI payments
  • Notify us immediately of any financial difficulties
  • Not use the loan for illegal purposes
  • Respond to our communications promptly
  • Allow verification of information provided

8. Our Rights

We reserve the right to:

  • Approve or reject loan applications without providing reasons
  • Modify loan terms based on credit assessment
  • Verify all information provided by you
  • Contact your references for verification
  • Report your credit behavior to credit bureaus
  • Initiate legal action for non-payment
  • Blacklist borrowers for fraudulent activities
  • Modify terms and conditions with notice

9. Default and Consequences

9.1 Events of Default

  • Non-payment of EMI for 90 days or more
  • Providing false or misleading information
  • Using loan proceeds for illegal activities
  • Becoming insolvent or bankrupt

9.2 Consequences

  • Entire outstanding amount becomes immediately due
  • Negative reporting to credit bureaus (affects CIBIL score)
  • Legal action and recovery proceedings
  • Additional recovery costs borne by you
  • Permanent blacklisting from our services

10. Data Privacy and Security

  • Your data is protected as per our Privacy Policy
  • We collect and use data for loan processing and related purposes
  • Your consent is required for data collection and sharing
  • You can withdraw consent, but may affect service availability

11. Communications

By using our services, you consent to receive:

  • SMS notifications about loan status and payment reminders
  • Email communications
  • Push notifications through the app
  • Phone calls for verification and collection purposes
  • WhatsApp messages (if provided)

12. Grievance Redressal

12.1 How to File a Complaint

12.2 Resolution Timeline

  • Acknowledgment within 48 hours
  • Resolution within 30 days
  • Escalation process available if unresolved

13. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for delays caused by technical issues or third parties
  • We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted app availability
  • You are responsible for maintaining device and account security
  • We are not liable for losses due to unauthorized access to your account

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these terms
  • You provide false information
  • You engage in fraudulent activities
  • You default on loan payments

15. Amendments

  • We may modify these terms at any time
  • Notice of changes will be provided via app or email
  • Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
  • Material changes require explicit consent

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These terms are governed by the laws of India
  • Disputes subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai courts
  • Arbitration as per Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996

17. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
